Organisational set up

Economic Empowerment and Human Rights Sierra Leone is a well-coordinated community based organization that believe in team work as a basis for its operation of its activities. The composition of the structure are as follows: Board of Directors, Executive Director, Admin, Finance Manager, Project Coordinator, HR, Media and Communication, Monitoring &Evaluation, Gender desk officer, Volunteers    and communities

Board of Directors

Economic Empowerment and Human Rights Sierra Leone has a five member Board of Directors that accesses the progress of the organization, source fund, provide directions and make strategic decisions and look at program and administrative issues. EEHRSL comprises of five reputable members, two (2) men and three (3) women, and they are appointed by the Executive committee and approved by the general membership of the organization for a period of three years at a time.  The boards met 3 times in a year, the board members are active persons living and working in Sierra Leone who share the vision of the organisation and are committed to its objectives.

Staff and volunteers

The organisation is managed on a daily basis by a qualified development oriented practitioners supported by a team of Project Managers, administrative staff and other working staff in Sierra Leone EEHRSL has 8 staff (4 full time staff, and 4 volunteers)  5 are male and the rest are female staff
